Objective:
We aim to differentiate your
recruitment programme, making it both dynamic, efficient
and delivering
quicker and
more accurate candidate selection.
Once we understand your methodologies and objectives, we tailor
the simulation exercise to fit with the manner
in which you wish to assess, profile and measure each
candidate. You stipulate the extent to which we place
them under pressure and how much they are challenged and
tested.
Candidate
groups may be any size, but we will ask you to split
them into separate pressure simulations of between 7 and
10 people. Two of your own assessors should attend the simulation to record
behaviours, observe and assess each delegate in the
simulation. We provide the measurement templates. |

Testing:
We offer a full range of tests from straight forward
Belbin Team role profiling & A/B character type tests,
through to complete personal analysis using the T.A.I.S.
programme. These are available as extras. Call us for
more information on the benefits of T.A.I.S.
Location:
The pressure simulations take place in a dramatic 3000 acre mountain
venue in the heart of Scotland's National Park, only 1
hour from Glasgow, Edinburgh, Perth and Dundee. The location is easily
reached on the morning of the event.
If your assessment programme
is designed to be residential
we can also provide a suitable venue to host the
complete event - all you need to do is bring the
candidates. |
