Established in 2005 by founder director Iain Ramsay-Clapham, TecnoTrax was setup in Central Scotland to raise the bar on team "pressure simulation events",  offering a more engaging, more sophisticated and more dynamic type of event for use in training, team building and recruitment assessment.

Using technology, a range of military procedures, the excitement of a "MISSION" scenario and very realistic settings, the objective was to offer corporate training departments a platform to really ENGAGE AND CHALLENGE THEIR ELITE TEAMS, in a manner that the tired stereo-typical team event offerings in the market could not.
